The Transit Construction Mitigation Fund (TCMF) will provide grant awards to eligible businesses impacted by the Honolulu Rail construction along Dillingham Blvd.

From 2312/2339 Kamehameha Highway to the intersection of N. King St.

(see TCMF Grant Eligibility Map below)

For the TCMF Grant, 22 grants of $10,000 will be awarded.

The City will be accepting online applications ONLY on a first come, first served basis.

The application portal will allow applicants to translate the application into multiple languages.
